Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship building, account and credit application assistance, cash transactions, and referrals to suitable products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, and connect customers with banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance standards.
- Promote appropriate solutions and referrals, coordinate with branch teammates, and help deliver a consistent customer experience.
