Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, handling transactions and account services, and connecting customers with relevant products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; recommend relevant solutions and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service, use digital banking tools, and collaborate with branch teammates on customer handoffs.
