About the job
Build customer relationships in a bank branch, support everyday banking and account needs, and connect customers with suitable products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer conversations, identify needs, and recommend relevant banking solutions or referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Provide accurate, compliant service and coordinate with branch teammates and specialists.
