Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate products, services, and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend or refer customers to relevant banking solutions.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash handling while following compliance and risk controls.
- Use digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver customer service; work schedules include Saturdays.
