Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, handling transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate products and services.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; recommend relevant banking solutions and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; perform cash handling and teller transactions.
