Supports customers’ everyday banking needs by building relationships, recommending relevant solutions, processing transactions, and providing compliant branch service.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and connect them with banking products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service and coordinate with branch teammates and specialists.
