Supports customers with everyday banking needs, builds customer relationships, and connects them with suitable products and services through branch interactions and outreach.
What you'll do
- Open accounts, handle service requests and credit applications, and process cash transactions accurately.
- Identify customer needs, recommend relevant solutions, make referrals, and support branch growth.
- Provide compliant service, use digital tools, and collaborate with branch teammates on customer handoffs.
