About the job
Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, discover needs, and recommend relevant banking products, services, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance standards.
- Use digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates to provide seamless customer service.
