Build customer relationships and support everyday banking needs in a branch, including account services, credit applications, cash transactions, and referrals to relevant products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Discover customer needs and connect customers with banking products, services, and digital tools; identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while meeting compliance and operational standards.
