Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship-building, product referrals, account services, cash handling, and compliant in-branch support.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; process cash transactions accurately and in compliance with standards.
- Promote branch growth through proactive outreach and referrals while collaborating with teammates to provide seamless service.
