Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, recommending relevant banking solutions, handling transactions, and providing compliant service.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and connect customers with relevant products, services, digital tools, or specialist referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Follow risk and compliance controls while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver consistent customer service.
