Build customer relationships in a bank branch, support everyday banking transactions and account needs, and connect customers with appropriate products, services, and specialists.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer conversations and outreach to understand needs, recommend banking solutions, and make referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash-handling transactions while following compliance and risk controls.
