Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate products and services.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend banking products, services, or referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teammates, including using digital tools to assist customers.
