Supports customers with everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends relevant products and services, and processes branch transactions while following risk and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and outreach; connect customers with relevant banking solutions and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and process teller transactions.
- Use digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver accurate, compliant customer service.
