Supports Financial Advisors and clients with brokerage service requests, account maintenance, administrative operations, and regulatory recordkeeping.
What you'll do
- Provide sales and servicing support to financial advisors and consultants, handling client inquiries and account issues.
- Create reports and databases, maintain files and records, and support regulatory requirements and sales efforts.
- Identify process improvements, coordinate with internal and external partners, and escalate non-routine questions.
