What you'll do
- Acquire and grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and discovery conversations, recommending tailored deposit, lending, and investment solutions.
- Coordinate warm introductions and qualified opportunities with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners; promote digital banking adoption.
- Resolve account inquiries and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation, following policies, and escalating issues appropriately.
