Serves as customers’ primary banking contact, building relationships and recommending tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions while supporting everyday banking and risk controls.
What you'll do
- Acquire, manage, and grow consumer and business customer relationships through discovery conversations and proactive outreach.
- Coordinate referrals with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support account servicing, digital banking adoption, accurate documentation, and timely escalation of issues.
