Build and manage customer relationships by advising on banking, credit, and investment needs, resolving service requests, and connecting customers with relevant specialists.
What you'll do
- Acquire, manage, and grow consumer and business customer relationships through proactive outreach and discovery conversations.
- Recommend tailored banking and credit strategies and coordinate referrals to Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners.
- Support account servicing, digital banking adoption, accurate documentation, and risk and regulatory compliance.
