What you'll do
- Acquire, manage, and grow consumer and business customer relationships through proactive outreach and discovery conversations.
- Recommend tailored banking and credit strategies, coordinate referrals to Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking, and promote digital banking adoption.
- Resolve account inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation, following policies, and escalating issues appropriately.
