Serves as a primary banking contact for consumer and business customers, building relationships and recommending tailored banking, credit, and investment solutions while handling service needs and supporting risk controls.
What you'll do
- Acquire, manage, and grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and discovery conversations.
- Coordinate referrals with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners and promote digital banking options.
- Resolve account inquiries and service requests, document actions, and follow policies and regulations.
