What you'll do
- Acquire, manage, and grow consumer and business customer relationships through proactive outreach and discovery conversations.
- Recommend tailored banking and credit solutions and coordinate referrals with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners.
- Handle account inquiries, encourage digital banking adoption, and follow risk, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
