Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, including relationship-building, account services, cash transactions, and referrals to suitable financial products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Support customers across assigned branches with account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Maintain accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teams while adapting to changing locations and customer needs.
