About the job
Provides customer banking services across multiple branch locations, building relationships and connecting customers with appropriate products, services, and digital solutions.
What you'll do
- Cover staffing absences and temporary vacancies across branch locations within the district while adapting to changing priorities.
- Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications; explain banking products and digital solutions.
- Build customer relationships through outreach, identify needs, and refer customers to other bankers and partners as appropriate.
