Provides personalized banking support across multiple Boise-area branches, helping customers with everyday banking needs, account services, credit applications, and referrals while meeting service and compliance standards.

- Support customers across multiple branches, including account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with appropriate banking products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Adapt to branch staffing and customer needs while following operational, risk, and compliance standards.
