Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, handling everyday transactions and connecting customers with appropriate products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions across assigned branches.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend banking solutions or referrals.
- Adapt to branch coverage needs while delivering accurate, compliant service and collaborating with teammates.
