About the job
Provides everyday banking support and builds customer relationships across multiple branch locations, helping customers with accounts, transactions, credit applications, and relevant banking solutions.
What you'll do
- Cover multiple branches, adapt to local teams and customer needs, and perform teller and cash-handling activities.
- Discuss customers’ goals, support account openings and service requests, and refer customers to suitable products, services, or specialists.
- Process transactions accurately, use digital tools, and follow operational, risk, and compliance standards.
