About the job
Provides banking support across assigned Eugene and Springfield branches, helping customers with everyday banking, account services, transactions, and referrals while following service and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Support customers across multiple branches with account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers to appropriate banking products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Adapt to branch staffing needs and collaborate with teammates while maintaining accurate, compliant service.
