Provides banking support across multiple branches, helping customers with everyday needs, account services, credit applications, and referrals while maintaining service and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Serve customers across assigned branches, supporting account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with relevant products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Adapt to different branch teams and locations while following operational, risk, and compliance standards.
