Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, builds customer relationships, handles routine transactions and applications, and connects customers with suitable products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Cover multiple branches, adapt to local teams and customer needs, and support cash handling and teller transactions.
- Discuss customer needs and goals, support account openings and service requests, and refer customers to appropriate products or specialists.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service while following risk controls and collaborating with branch teammates.
