Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, helping customers with everyday banking needs and connecting them to relevant products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller transactions across assigned branches.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, recommend solutions, and make appropriate referrals.
- Maintain compliant service and operational standards while adapting to branch teams and customer needs.
