Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, helping customers with everyday banking, account services, credit applications, and referrals while maintaining service and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Support customers across assigned branches with account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers to suitable products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Adapt to different branch teams and locations while following operational, risk, and compliance requirements.
