Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, including relationship-building, account and credit services, teller transactions, and referrals to appropriate specialists.

- Support customer banking needs across branches, including account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, recommend relevant products and digital tools, and make appropriate referrals.
- Adapt to branch assignments while maintaining service quality, compliance, and operational standards.
