Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, building relationships and assisting with everyday banking, account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller transactions.
What you'll do
- Support customers across assigned branches, including account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, connect customers with relevant products and services, and make appropriate referrals.
- Maintain compliant service standards and coordinate with branch teammates across changing locations.
