About the job
Provides customer banking support across Sedona and Cottonwood branches, handling everyday transactions and account needs while building customer relationships and connecting customers with appropriate products and services.
What you'll do
- Cover multiple branches, adapt to changing teams and customer needs, and support teller and banker activities.
- Open accounts, handle service requests and credit applications, and accurately process cash transactions in compliance with bank standards.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, recommend solutions, make referrals, and coordinate handoffs to specialists.
