Provides banking support across multiple South Central Alaska branches, helping customers with everyday banking, account services, credit applications, and referrals while maintaining compliant operations.
What you'll do
- Support customers across assigned branches, including account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, recommend relevant products and services, and make referrals to specialists.
- Adapt to different branch environments, collaborate with teammates, and follow operational, risk, and compliance standards.
