Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, building relationships and handling everyday banking needs, transactions, referrals, and digital banking guidance.

- Support customers across assigned branches with account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller transactions.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, recommend relevant products and services, and make referrals.
- Adapt to different branch teams and follow service, compliance, and risk-control standards.
