Leads credit portfolio quality, underwriting, risk management, and people development for commercial and asset-based lending relationships.
What you'll do
- Oversee portfolio performance, credit quality, emerging risks, and complex credit approvals, including restructurings and workouts.
- Manage and develop credit portfolio managers, underwriters, and analysts; lead portfolio reviews, staffing, and succession planning.
- Partner with clients and internal teams on portfolio strategy, transaction structuring, compliance, audits, and process improvements.
