What you'll do
- Oversee portfolio quality, performance, risk identification, and escalation; review and approve complex credit actions within delegated authority.
- Lead and develop portfolio managers, underwriters, and analysts, setting consistent underwriting, monitoring, and documentation standards.
- Partner with clients and internal teams on portfolio strategy, transaction structuring, workouts, regulatory compliance, audits, and process improvements.
