Originates and executes sponsor-backed secured financings, evaluating credit and collateral, coordinating transactions, and developing client relationships.
What you'll do
- Source, structure, and execute financings; assess financial, collateral, and industry risks and prepare credit materials.
- Coordinate due diligence, negotiations, approvals, and execution with internal teams, sponsors, borrowers, and external advisors.
- Build client and sponsor relationships, support portfolio growth, and contribute to strategic and process-improvement initiatives.
