Manage and grow relationships with affluent customers by providing tailored banking, credit, investment, and lending guidance, while handling everyday banking needs and coordinating with internal partners.
What you'll do
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, appointments, and financial reviews.
- Provide comprehensive, tailored guidance across deposits, lending, investments, and other banking needs; coordinate referrals with internal partners.
- Promote digital banking, support branch colleagues, and maintain accurate documentation and compliance with risk policies.
