What you'll do
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments.
- Recommend integrated banking, credit, lending, and investment solutions; coordinate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners.
- Support digital banking adoption and maintain accurate documentation while following risk and compliance requirements.

- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
