What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, appointments, and discovery-led financial conversations.
- Coordinate banking, lending, investment, and partner referrals; promote digital banking and support branch colleagues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow risk, compliance, and escalation requirements.
