What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments; provide ongoing, discovery-based financial guidance.
- Coordinate solutions and warm introductions across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking, and promote digital banking adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow policies and regulations, escalate issues, and support colleagues with complex customer needs.
