Build and manage affluent customer relationships by providing tailored, multi-product banking and credit guidance, coordinating referrals, and supporting everyday banking needs.
What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments; manage a defined book of business.
- Guide customers through banking, credit, lending, and investment needs, and coordinate solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners.
- Promote digital banking, support branch colleagues, and maintain accurate documentation and risk controls.
