What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments; provide ongoing financial reviews and tailored banking and credit strategies.
- Coordinate integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners, and promote digital banking adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow policies and regulations, escalate issues, and support colleagues with complex customer needs.
