Manages and grows affluent consumer and business customer relationships by providing tailored banking, credit, investment, and lending guidance while overseeing everyday banking needs and risk controls.
What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, appointments, and discovery-based financial guidance.
- Coordinate integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners, and encourage digital banking adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow policies and regulations, escalate issues, and support colleagues with complex customer needs.
