Build and manage relationships with affluent customers by providing holistic banking, credit, and investment guidance, while coordinating with internal partners and overseeing customer needs and risk controls.
What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, appointments, and goal-based financial discussions.
- Provide ongoing guidance across banking products and services, and coordinate solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners.
- Promote digital banking, support branch colleagues, and maintain accurate documentation and risk controls.
