What you'll do
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, appointments, and discovery-based financial conversations.
- Coordinate integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking; guide customers on digital banking and support branch colleagues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow policies and regulations, escalate issues, and exercise sound risk judgment.
