Manages and grows relationships with affluent consumer and business customers by providing tailored banking, credit, investment, and lending guidance and coordinating solutions across the branch network.
What you'll do
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments.
- Assess customer goals and provide ongoing, multi-product financial guidance while coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners.
- Support digital banking adoption and branch colleagues, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to risk and compliance requirements.
