Manages supervisory controls and day-to-day branch administration across a market, ensuring staff complete required reviews and the business meets firm and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Oversee branch administration and registered and unregistered associates across the market.
- Coordinate with leadership, operations, risk, compliance, and sales teams; manage supervisory reviews, findings, and escalations.
- Recruit, train, and manage direct reports, and explain and enforce policies and procedures.

- 5+ years of supervisory control, risk management consulting, property or casualty insurance, or insurance brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
